Returns & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for store refund within 14 days form the date on which you received the items form atelierdimaria.com.

To return a purchase, the items must be return in their original condition. They must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed with all their original tags and packaging received at the time of delivery. The items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered. Please refer to the Return Policy for more detail.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

To return a purchased item send an e-mail within 14 days of the date when you received the purchased items to info@atelierdimaria.com. Write the order number, and specify the item(s) you wish to return.

You will receive an email from atelierdimaria.com with specific instructions based on your country of return and the Return Authorizations Form.

Please fill the Return Authorizations Form and enclosed it in the return package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to L’Atelier di Maria. We strongly recommend to use a postal or a courier that offers a tracking service.

The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Once we receive your items at our store, we will process the return within fourteen (14) business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Returns that fail to meet the conditions above or that have missing or incomplete Customs documentation may be rejected and returned to the shipper.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds consist of the price paid for the merchandise purchased, excluding the cost of shipping. All refunds are made in Euros (€). Possible differences in the refunded amount may occur due to fluctuations in daily currency exchange rates and will not be refunded.

Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:

Payments by credit/debit card: Please note credit card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to control this.

Payments via PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. Customers can refer to PayPal’s policy and check the status of the refund at any time, by logging into their PayPal account.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Returned items that are unauthorized and/or not meet the requirements as outlined in the Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address.

Please note carefully that the cost of the return shipping and any applicable customs duty fees or taxes incurred by returning the item to L’Atelier di Maria are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the amount being refunded back to you for the returned item.

EXCHANGES

We are currently unable to support exchanges through atelierdimaria.com. You can return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

All Items that are not returned within 14-days of the delivery date of the purchased order.

Hosiery including socks, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic restrictions.

Personalized and tailored made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that are worn, used or damaged.

FAULTY ITEMS

L’Atelier di Maria thoroughly controls each item before dispatching an order. If for any reason you received a damaged item or an item that does not match the color, size or the model of your order. Please notify us right away, by sending a mail to info@atelierdimaria.com. Please include your order number. Specify the problem and attach detailed pictures of the faulty items.

Atelier di Maria will be responsible for the return shipping costs and applicable duty fees and taxes. You will be refund within (7) working days form the day of receipt.

Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
